Both! You can purchase a one-time event plan for a single event (with up to 24 months of access), or subscribe monthly for unlimited events. One-time plans are great if you have a single event to plan, while the monthly subscription is ideal if you organise events regularly. Subscription billing is coming soon.

The monthly subscription gives you unlimited events with all features while your subscription is active. You can create as many events as you need. If you cancel, your events remain accessible until the end of the current billing period. Individual events may be archived 24 months after the creation of the event regardless of your subscription status.

One-time event plans include access for up to 24 months from purchase — plenty of time for planning, the event itself, and tidying up afterwards. Your data and exports stay fully accessible throughout. For subscriptions, events stay accessible while the subscription is active and may be archived 24 months after the event was created. Need longer? Just get in touch.

We'd give you notice and a complete export of your data. If your event hasn't happened yet, we'd refund you in full. If it has already passed, you'll still get the full export — the plan did what you paid for. Wherever possible we'd wind down gradually, closing to new signups while letting already-booked events go ahead.

With a one-time event plan, yes — each event is a separate purchase. If you're planning a wedding in June and a corporate dinner in November, you'd buy two separate plans. Alternatively, a monthly subscription covers unlimited events (coming soon). The Free plan lets you run a new event at no cost as long as it stays within 50 guests.

For one-time event plans, the only difference is the guest limit. All paid plans include every feature Vesavo offers — AI-powered CSV import, smart seat assignment, dietary and VIP management, partner linking, drag-and-drop canvas, and PDF export. No features are locked behind higher tiers.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Paddle, our secure payment processor and Merchant of Record. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Yes. Sales Tax is calculated by Paddle when you go to pay based on your location, but the total will always be the amount displayed.

You'll be prompted to upgrade to a higher tier when you reach your plan's guest limit. Your existing guests and seating arrangements are always preserved — you just won't be able to add more guests until you upgrade.
