Announcements let you email your guests without leaving Vesavo — a save-the-date, the invitation with each guest's personal RSVP link, or an update as the day gets closer.
Sending an announcement
Open Announcements, start from a template, write your message, choose who should receive it, and send. Because Vesavo knows your guest list, each person can get their own personal RSVP link in the same email.
Guests can unsubscribe from your event emails at any time, and Vesavo respects that automatically. This is a legal requirement. If a guest unsubscribes, they won't receive any more emails sent by Vesavo for this event
