Billing Entities
Who is Paddle?
Vesavo uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record. They handle the checkout, tax, and invoices, and email you a receipt. Your card details are never stored by Vesavo.
Who is Axianda?
Axianda Pty Ltd is our legal entity and is a registered business in Australia (ABN 11 696 938 093). Vesavo is a registered trading name.
Summary
Paddle issues receipts on behalf of our legal entity, Axianda Pty Ltd, for the product Vesavo.
The reason for the Paddle setup is that it allows us to offer Vesavo to customers all around the world, without having to wory about local taxes - Paddle takes care of that on our behalf.
Plans
Every event starts on the free plan. You can upgrade an individual event whenever you need more room or want the AI features:
- Free — up to 50 guests, with all the core planning tools.
- Starter — up to 150 guests, plus AI features (Intelligent Import, Smart Seating, and Clara the AI assistant).
- Standard — up to 350 guests, plus AI features.
- Grand — up to 2,000 guests, plus AI features.
Plans are purchased per event, so you only pay for the events that need it. See vesavo.com/pricing for current prices in your local currency.
Upgrading
Open your event and use the Upgrade button on the plan card on your overview. Upgrades take effect immediately, and the larger guest limit and any AI features are available right away.
Cancelling
A single-event purchase is a one-off — there's no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. Subscriptions are coming soon, and we'll add cancellation instructions here when they launch.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked satisfaction guarantee on every purchase. If something has gone wrong or you've been charged in error, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
