Clara is an optional AI assistant for your event. Instead of clicking through screens, you can just ask her — to add guests, tidy up tables, kick off seating, or pull an export.
Turning Clara on
New events start with Clara enabled, and she appears at the top of your event's sidebar. If you'd rather not use her, switch her off from Features — and switch her back on whenever you like.
What you can ask
- "Add Jane Smith to the reception."
- "Who hasn't RSVPed yet?"
- "Seat the Patel family together."
- "How do I change the RSVP URL?"
- "Export the seating chart for the ceremony."
Clara can make some of those changes for you, and for the rest she can tell you where to click. If you're asking how a feature works rather than asking her to change this event, she'll look up Vesavo's support articles.
Clara is an AI chat-bot and, whilst she does have access to your event's data, can make mistakes. Always validate responses with your event data.
