Send Vesavo's designed templates straight to your Canva account to edit.
Vesavo can hand its designed templates — RSVP cards, Find Your Seat signage and place cards — straight to your Canva account as editable designs, so you can restyle them and print or share without a download-and-re-upload dance.
Connect your account
- If you are viewing an event, select "All Events" in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
- Open Account settings and go to the Integrations tab.
- Click Connect Canva.
- Approve the connection in Canva — you'll be brought back to Vesavo, now connected.
Your Canva account is connected to you as a user, rather than a specific event. If you have multiple events, you can link Canva once and use it across all of them. Because of this, if you have the Collaborators feature enabled and invite someone to your event, they won't be able to export to your Canva account, rather they would link their own Canva account. This is due to the way Canva works - it's based on a person, rather than ane vent.
Send a template to Canva
Open Exports and choose a designed template, such as an RSVP card or Find Your Seat sign. Pick a style, then choose Send to Canva — the design opens in your Canva editor, ready to tweak. Prefer to work offline? You can download the same template as a PowerPoint (PPTX) instead.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect Canva at any time from the same Integrations tab in Account settings.
Connecting just links your account — nothing is created in Canva until you choose Send to Canva on a specific template. Prefer not to connect at all? You can download any template as a PowerPoint instead.
