Turning features on and off

Vesavo stays uncluttered — switch on only the features your event needs.

No two events are the same, so Vesavo keeps itself out of your way. Beyond the essentials — guests, functions and seating — most features start switched off. You turn on only what's relevant, so your event never feels cluttered with things you'll never use.

Where to manage features

Open Event settings → Features. You can also turn many features on straight from the "Add to your event" cards on your overview.

Two kinds of feature

• Event-wide — apply across the whole event. For example: Gift Registry, Guest Photos, Vendors, Budget, Timeline, the RSVP URL, and Clara the AI assistant.
• Per-function — apply to specific functions only. For example: Find Your Seat and Guest Check-in, which you switch on for the functions where you'll use them.

When a feature is Event-wide, you may have the option of limiting access to certain functions, where applicable. However, all functions will see the same information. For example, if you turn on Gift Registry, you can restrict it to certain functions, such as Afternoon Tea and Reception, but not Ceremony. This means that anyone who is invited to at least Afternoon Tea or Reception will be able to see the Gift Registry, regardless of what other functions they are invited to. Guests invited to just the Afternoon Tea and other guests invited to just the Reception will see the same Gift Registry. When a feature is Per-function, the data contained within it will be different per function, such as the Find Your Seat feature, as each function may have a different seating layout.

What happens when you switch one on

Enabled features appear in your sidebar and as their own pages — your planning tools (Vendors, Budget, Timeline) gather under Planning, for instance. Switch a feature off and it simply disappears from view.
