Your event data belongs to you. Vesavo stores it so we can show it back to you and run features on your behalf — nothing more.
Where your data lives
Primary storage is Microsoft Azure in the US East 2 region. AI-powered features send the relevant data to our AI provider for processing. See our Privacy Policy for the full sub-processor list.
Exporting your data
All event data, except for Photos, can be exported from the Export section of an Event. If there's data you can't export but need, please email [email protected] and we will export it for you.
Photos can be downloaded as a ZIP file from the Guest Photos section of an Event.
Deleting an event or your account
Want an event — or your whole account — removed? Email [email protected] from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you, including all guests, tables, photos and files.
Personal data is removed within 30 days of your request. Billing records are kept for 7 years, as required by Australian tax law.
AI Training
As per our privacy policy, we may use uploaded data to train AI models, but with personal information removed. For example, our AI models are mostly interested in the structure of a spreadsheet, rather than specific names. We will replace names with generic placeholders, whilst maintaining the structure of the spreadsheet, to improve our service. We believe this to be a good compromise between maintaining privacy and improving the service. You are able to opt-out of this training.
