Your event data belongs to you. Vesavo stores it so we can show it back to you and run AI features on your behalf — nothing more.
Where the data lives
Primary storage is Microsoft Azure in the US East 2 region. AI-powered features transmit data to xAI for processing. See our Privacy Policy for the full sub-processor list.
Deleting an event
Open the event, go to Settings, and click Delete event. This removes the event and all its guests, tables, and files immediately.
Deleting your whole account
Settings → Account → Delete account will queue your account for deletion. All personal data and events are removed within 30 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Australian tax law.
