Let guests snap photos at the venue, with a safety check and your approval.
Guest Photos lets the people at your event capture it from their own phones. On the day, guests open a camera from their Day-of link, take a photo, and — if you allow it — see everyone's photos in a shared gallery.
Guest Photos is an optional feature. Turn it on from Event settings → Features. You can also limit it to specific functions, so it's only available where you want it.
Every photo passes a safety check
Before a photo can appear in the gallery, it's automatically screened for inappropriate content using Microsoft Azure's content-safety service. Anything the check flags is held back for you to look at, so the gallery stays appropriate for all your guests. This happens regardless of if "Approve each photo first" is turned on or not.
Your options
- Approval mode — choose Manual to personally approve every photo before guests see it, or Auto to let photos that pass the safety check appear on their own (anything flagged still waits for you).
- The gallery — show the shared gallery to guests, or keep photos coming through to you only.
- Which functions — Guest Photos can be switched on for specific functions rather than the whole event.

On the day
Guests scan their Day-of QR code, tap to take a photo, and after entering their name and pressing "Upload", it's on its way to you. Once it's approved — by you, or automatically after the safety check — it appears in the gallery. Guests can also report anything that doesn't belong, which removes it from the Gallery and marks it for review. This is a safety feature to make sure inappropriate content isn't persisted at an event. Vesavo is not responsible if the Gallery feature visible to guests doesn't function due to a guest abusing the "Report Photo" feature, which will make it unavailable until review.
