Two ways to get guests to their RSVP — a personal link, or one shared link and QR. You can customise the short URL.
Guests respond on your event website. There are two ways to get them there, and you can use both.
Personal links
Each guest has their own link that takes them straight to their RSVP — no searching required. These are included automatically when you email guests, and they're perfect for digital invitations.
One shared link and QR code
For printed invitations, turn on the RSVP URL feature and share a single short link or QR code. Guests search for their name, find themselves, and RSVP. You'll find the link and a downloadable QR code under Links & QR.
Customising the short URL
Shared links start as a random path on vesavo.rsvp (for example vesavo.rsvp/k7xm2p). To use something memorable — a couple's names, the event name — open Links & QR, click Edit on the RSVP URL, and set a custom path of at least 6 letters, numbers, or hyphens (for example JamesAndMary). Casing is kept for display; vesavo.rsvp/jamesandmary still reaches the same page.
You can also ask Clara to set the RSVP path for you.
Changing a custom path stops the previous URL from working. Anyone with the old link, and any QR codes you've already printed, will no longer reach your event.
The shared search link lets anyone who has it look up names on your guest list. That's usually fine for a trusted guest list, but you can switch it off at any time if you'd rather only use personal links.
