Timeline is the run sheet for your day — a single schedule that everyone can work from, from supplier arrivals to the last dance.
Timeline is an optional feature. Turn it on from Event settings → Features, in the Planning group. Switching it off later hides it without deleting your entries.
Function times come in automatically
Your functions' start and end times appear on the timeline for you, so the backbone of the day is already there. Add your own entries around them — getting ready, photos, cocktail hour, speeches, the cake cutting — each with its own time.
Works with Vendors
If the Vendors feature is on, you can link a timeline entry to a vendor — so anyone reading the run sheet knows who's responsible for each moment.

Export your timeline as a PDF run sheet from Exports, ready to hand to your coordinator, venue or vendors.
