Vendors keeps your suppliers — caterer, florist, photographer, band — together with the event they're working on, so their details are never buried in your inbox.
Vendors is an optional feature. Turn it on from Event settings → Features, where it lives in the Planning group. Like all features, switching it off later hides it without deleting anything.
Adding vendors
Open Vendors and add each supplier. Type their details in yourself, or let AI look up their contact details for you. Record names, email, phone, website and any notes.
Emailing them your documents
From a vendor's page you can email them the documents they need — a seating chart, a dietary summary, a floor plan — with a personal note, without leaving Vesavo.
Works with Budget and Timeline
Vendors connects with your other Planning tools. If Budget is on, you can assign a budget item to a vendor — handy for tracking who you still need to pay — and link a vendor to a budget category. If Timeline is on, you can attach a vendor to a timeline entry so it's clear who's responsible for each moment of the day. These features work together but are not required to be enabled. The Vendor feature still functions without the Budget or Timeline enabled.
