How the camera works
Simple for guests. Controllable for you.
Enable Guest Photos
Toggle the feature on your event and choose which functions (reception, welcome drinks, after-party…) should show the camera tab.
Print or display the QR
Use the same day-of QR code you generate for seating lookup, or a separate QR code that takes guests straight to the camera.
Guests capture the night
They scan once, tap Camera, and take photos throughout the evening. Each photo is automatically attached to the event.
Curate and share the memories
Review the gallery in the planner. Hide anything that shouldn’t be public, then let guests (or just the hosts) enjoy the collective album.
You decide what gets seen.
The gallery is off by default. Nothing appears publicly until you turn it on — and you can still hide individual shots.
